RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors,
that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to the
cooperative agreement (2CA55134) to provide fire hazard inspections within the County,
entered into between the County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and
Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 25th day
pf J'u1y 200b by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Conne3.ly, Da7.an., Hoax, Yamaguchi and Chair ~'osiassen
