NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the.-Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No: 3s3s of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRINIlNAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title -
8 Legal Secretary or Legal ..Clerk....
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title.
S Legal Secretarry, Senior or Legal Secretary
thereby leaving the total unchanged at .77.5.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT .RESOLVED .that ~he`Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3.83.8 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Administrative Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Administrative Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No: 393 ofthe CountyofButte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL, ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom`the following:
