COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE ".SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3 93 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Paralegal
thereby increasing the total from 11 to 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
.5 Nutrition Specialist, Senior or Nutrition Specialist
1 Public Health Education Specialist, Senior or Public Health
Education Specialist or Public Health Education Specialist,
Associate (term position to end 08-30-06}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Nutrition Specialist, Senior or Nutrition Specialist
1 Public Health Education Specialist, Senior or Public Health
Education Specialist or Public Health Education Specialist,
Associate
thereby increasing the total from 153.75 to 154.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section S 8 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "630 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant (position to end 06-30-07}
thereby Ieaving the total unchanged at 28.

22nd day of August , 2006, bythe following vote:
