STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OP BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
MULTI YEAR -NEGOTIATED NET AMOUNT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from
the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend its current Agreement entitled, NNA04
Amendment 2 (05106), with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for Negotiated
Net Amount and DruglMedi-Cal contract for ~'Y 200412008; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect a decrease in the revenue
allocation in the amount of $70,356, making the maximum amount receivable for FY 2005/2006
$2,132,295; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to amend the existing Contract with
the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs and acknowledges the increase in revenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of
September 2006, by the following vote:
