COUNTY OF _BUTTE, KNOWN A5 THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "090 HUMAN RESOURCES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions ~ Classification Title
1 Human Resources Specialist
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Human Resources Specialist, Senior or
Human Resources Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Office Assistant (position to end 06-30-07}
thereby increasing the total from 77.5 to 78.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Manager, Support Services
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 96.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:

1 Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist
and adding thereto the following:

1 Occupational Therapist, Senior or Occupational Therapist or
Physical Therapist, Senior or Physical Therapist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 154.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "54I-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -~ GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Office Specialist or Office Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Support Services
1 Supervisor, Administrative Analyst
thereby increasing the total from 331.25 to 332.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL {BCEA) UMT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY {BCMEA) UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
