HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-136RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 3938 OF THE COUNTY QF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled "020-003 ADMINISTRATIVE -GENERAL SERVICES ADNIlNISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Analyst and adding thereto the following: Positions Classif cation Title 1 Administrative Analyst, Senior or Administrative Analyst or Administrative Analyst, Associate thereby leaving the total unchanged at S. NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Sutte entitled "070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classif cation Title 1 Account Clerk, Senior thereby increasing the total from 23 to 24. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte hereby amends Section 16 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte entitled "090 H~(TMAN RESOURCES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Manager, Labor Relations and Benefits and adding thereto the following: Page 1 of 4 Positions Classification Title 1 Labor Relations Off cer or Labor Relations Analyst thereby leaving the total unchanged at 13. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 2 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I 1 Legal Secretary, Senior or Legal Secretary thereby increasing the total from 78.5 to 81.5. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER-SERVICES" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Crime Prevention Officer thereby increasing the total from 50 to 51. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-08} thereby increasing the total from 96 to 97. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled "533 PUBLIC WORKS" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Equipment Mechanic, Assistant or Vehicle Service Worker or Road Maintenance Assistant 8 Heavy Equipment Mechanic 1 Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Senior and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Civil Engineer, Senior or Civil Engineer, Associate or Superintendent, Maintenance Operations Page 2 of 4 10 Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Senior or Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Equipment Mechanic, Assistant thereby increasing the total from 107 to 108. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title .5 Public Health Education Specialist, Senior or Public Health Education Specialist or Public Health Education Specialist, Associate (term position to end 06-30-07) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 5.75 Occupational Therapist, Senior or Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist, Senior or Physical Therapist 2 @ 50% Occupational Therapist, Senior or Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist, Senior or Physical Therapist 1 Program Manager, Public Health (position to a1d 06-30-07} 1 Public Health Education Specialist, Senior or Public Health Education Specialist or Public Health Education Specialist, Associate (term position to end 06-30-07} thereby increasing the total from 154.25 to 162.5. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 4$ of Ordinance No. 3 93 8 of the County of Butte entitled "541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title I Behavioral Health Counselor, Senior or Behavioral Health Counselor or Mental Health Worker thereby leaving the total unchanged at 22.5.
