COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 393$ of the County of Butte
entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH _ GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Mental Health Clinician or Mental Health Clinician Intern
3 Mental Health Woxker or Behavioral Health Counselor or
Behavioral Health Counselor Senior
thereby increasing the total from 332.25 to 336.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

.5 Public Health Nurse Associate or Public Health Nurse or Public
Health Nurse Senior or Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician's
Assistant {position end date 06130107}.
thereby increasing the total from 162.50 to 163.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 96.
Note: The position is already included in the salary ordinance and will not change the
allocated positions. Submitted for purposes of including the retroactive date of May 8,
2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL (BCEA) UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by changing the salary range as
follows:

Note: This change is retroactive to October 8, 2005.
