COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled " 320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigative Assistant (position end date 06-30-07)
thereby increasing the total from 81.5 to 82.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"533 PUBLIC WORKS" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Surveyor Seniox
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Surveyor Senior or Surveyor Associate or Surveyor Assistant
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 108.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"533 PUBLIC WORKS" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Civil Engineer Associate or Engineer Assistant
thereby increasing the total from 108 to 1 D9.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Mental Health Clinician or Mental Health Clinician Intern
and adding thereto the following:

1 Mental Health Worker or Behavioral Health Counselor or
Behavioral Health Counselor Senior
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 336.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 393 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Program Manager, Community Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Program Manager, Wellness and Recovery Services
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 336.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

1 Assistant Director, Child Support Services
thereby increasing the total from 116 to 117.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 46 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-013 PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH" by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 393 $ of the County of Butte
entitled "020-003 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - GENERAL SERVICES
ADMINISTRATION" by adding thereto the following:

1 Director -General Services (Class Code 140)
thereby increasing the total from 5 to 6, and deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classif cation Title
1 Director, General Services {Class Code 4600}
upon the retirement of the incumbent, no later than Apri16, 2007,
thereby decreasing the total from 6 to 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 393$ of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 6$ of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE K, NON
REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY {BCMEA} UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by
adding thereto the following:
