CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL WEALTH
AND
BUTTE CDUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 200fi12007
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to continue the existing Phase I and Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program with the State Department of
Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the totak revenue to be received for 1=Y 2006/2007 is $2,416,558.25; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to continue their Inpatient and Outpatient Program far Managed care services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 215 day of
November 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
