COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 20 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-006 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - IHSS FRAUD" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigative Assistant (position end date 12-15-06)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigative Assistant (position end date 06-30-07)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"480-004 LAFCO" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Commission Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Commission Clerk or Administrative Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Senior, or Behavioral
Health Education Specialist, or Behavioral Health Education
Specialist, Associate
thereby increasing the total from 22.5 to 23.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3 938 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

1 Certified Nurse Practitioner
thereby increasing the total from 336.25 to 337.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby amends Section 6$ of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY (BCMEA) UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by changing the salary range as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3938 ofthe County of Butte
entitled "090 HUMAN RESOURCES" by deleting therefrom the following:

2 Off ce Specialist, Senior, or Off ce Specialist, or Office Assistant
and adding thereto the following:

Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Technician (position end date 09-30-08)
thereby increasing the total from 97 to 98.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
.2S Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant or Public
Health Nurse, Senior or Public Health Nurse or Public Health
Nurse, Associate (position end date 09-30-06)
thereby decreasing the total from 163 to 162.75
