SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califozxiia, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
submit on behalf of the County of Butte applications nominating public works pedestrian facility
improvement projects and programs, as determined by the Director of Public Works, for Safe
Routes to Schools {SRTS) grant funding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this I2~h _day of December , 2p06, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Bolan, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None .
ABSENT: None
