etIicient operation of th®Butte County Treasurer-Tax Gollector's Office, a Revolving
Fund is necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California sections 29320 et
seq. provide far the establishment of such funds in amounts to be determined by the
Board of Supervisors; atzd
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors for the County of Butte has previously
established by resolution #62-1 OS, #90-143 and #02-029 the Central Collections
Revolving Fund in the total amount of $1,000.00 and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office has changed its
daily operation, due to the hiring aftwo new Revenue & Reimbursement Officers, such
that the amount of$1,000,00 is now insufficient for the proper administration of the Butte
County Central Collections Revolving Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors afthe
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That there is determined to be a necessity for the increase in the amount of the
revolving fund in the Central Collections Division of the Treasurer Tax
Collector's Office.

2, That the amount of the revaluing fund shall be the sum of two thousand
dollars ($2,000,00), which will consist of one thousand dollars
($1,000,00) previously authorized by Resolution # 02-029 and a one thousand
dollar ($1,000.00) increase, which is herein authorized,
3, That this fund is established in accordance with sections 29320, et seq. of the
Government Cade of the State of California and that certified copies of the
Resolution shall be transmitted to the County Auditor and the County
Treasurer,

4, That the Chief Administrative Officer and Risk 1V.[anager are instructed
pursuant to Section 29323 of the Government Code to amend by endorsement
the blanket fidelity bond ofthe county to be conditioned, in addition to its
other provisions, upon the faithful administration of the Revolving land and
upon the willingness and ability of the principal, far wham such funds have
been established, to account for and pay aver the funds upon demand of the
Board of Supervisors at any time.
S. The Auditor of the County of Butte is hereby authorized anti directed to draw a
check in the sum of one thousand dollars {$1,000,00) in favor of the Butte
County Central Collections Division of the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office
from the Butte County General Fund (F-0010), for deposit into the Central
Collections Revolving Find.
