RESOLUTION FOR APPLICATION FOR LOAN
THROUGH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTEMNT OF AGRICULTURE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Fire Department has been approved by the United States
Department of Agriculture in the pre-application process for a low interest loan to replace the
Bangor Fire Station; and
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Agriculture has requested that the Butte
County Fire Department submit a full loan application to fund replacement of the Bangor Fire
Station; and
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Agriculture requires all applicants to
inform the general public regarding the development of any proposed project; and
WHEREAS, the required public notification for the United States Department of
Agriculture loan application far the Bangor Fire Station was made on December 12, 2006 in the
Board of Supervisors Room in the Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the public notification requirement for the Bangor Fire Station
loan application has been met.
PASSED AND ADOPATED by the Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 12t~' day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Yamaguchi and Chair ,7osiassen
