COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 12 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "060-002 ADMINISTRATIVE -PURCHASING" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Contracts Manager
thereby increasing the total from 3 to 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Officer III, or Probation Officer II, or Probation Officer
I (position end date 06-30-09)
thereby increasing the total from 98 to 99.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"720 ADMINISTRATIVE -FACILITIES SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

1 Property Manager
thereby increasing the total from 37 to 38.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

1 Animal Control Officer
thereby increasing the total from 165.75 to 166.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-013 BEHAVIORAL HEATH -DRUG TREATMENT" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Behavioral Health Counselor, Senior, or Behavioral Health
Counselor or Mental Health Worker (position end date 11-30-
07)
thereby increasing the total from 5.75 to 7.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEATH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Psychologist (Licensed) or Psychologist
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst, Senior, or Administrative Analyst, or
Administrative Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 337.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 51 to 54.

"SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE K, NON-
REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

APPOINTED OFFICIALS WITH BI-WEEKLY RANGE ASSIGNMENTS" by adding
thereto the following:
