RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN EXECUTING PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENTS TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS, MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 03-5912R
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive Federal-Aid funding for certain
transportation projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2007, the Board of Directors of the County of Butte approved
and authorized execution of Master Agreement, Administering Agency -State Agreement for
Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912R, and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California
for qualifying projects under said Master Agreement, Administering Agency -State Agreement
for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912R requires execution of Program Supplements to said
Master Agreements.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that:
1. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and submit on behalf of the County of Butte said Program Supplements.
2. That the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be
authorized to provide certified copies of the Resolution for attachment to
said Program Supplements to the above Master Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 9th day of January , 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Kirk, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
