RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of
Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL (BCEA) UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by changing the salary range as
follows:

Note: This change is retroactive to October 8, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by changing the salary of the
Director -Public Health thereto the following:

Note: This change is effective January 1, 2007.
