RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by updating the salaries of the Appointed
Department Heads thereto as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE J,
"CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSSIGNMENTS" by deleting therefrom
the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"570-001 "EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, (DESS) Program Development
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Program Manager, Employment and Social Services
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 172.
Note: This change is effective January 13, 2007.
