L'OU13'T~'•• RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN NOMINATING AND SUBMITTING HIGH RISK RURAL ROAD (HR3) PROGRAM GRANT PROJECTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit on behalf of the County of Butte applications nominating public works roadway improvement projects, as determined by the Director of Public Works, for High Risk Rural Road (HR3) grant funding available under apportionments received and programmed by the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
