NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervising Deputy District Attorney (position end date 06-30-07}
thereby increasing the total from 82.5 to 83,5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 393 S of the County of Butte entitled
"430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Information Systems Technician Senior or Information Systems
Technician or Information Systems Technician Associate
and adding thereto:
Position Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst or Information Systems Analyst
Associate
2 Probation Officer III or Probation Officer II or Probation

thereby increasing the total from 99 to 102.

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Secrion 42 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"533 PUBILC WORKS" by deleting the following:

1 Engineering Technician Senior or Engineering Technician
Associate or Engineering Technician Assistant or Engineering
Aide
and adding thereto the following:

.75 Engineering Technician Senior or Engineering Technician

thereby reducing the total from 109 to 108.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 3S of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"440001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting the following:

1 Building Inspector or Building Inspector, Senior
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Building Inspector
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 38 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"460-001 AGRICULTURAL" by extending the end date of a sunset position as follows:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 19.
