RESOLUTION DECLARING AN ALL-WAY STOP CONTROLLED INTERSECTION
ON WEST SACRAMENTO AVENUE AT GLENWOOD AND BIDWELL AVENUES
(Vehicle Code Section 21355)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that the offset intersection of West Sacramento Avenue at Glenwood Avenue and
Bidwell Avenue be made an all-way stop controlled intersection and the Director of Public
Works is hereby instructed to install legal STOP signs and markings at the appropriate entrances
thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 13 th day of March , 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Kirk, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
