RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"550-001 Child Support Services" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
Legal Secretary
and adding thereto:
Position
1
Classification Title
Child Support Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 117.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-001 Administrative" by deleting the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Administrative Assistant (sunset position end date 9-7-07)
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Administrative Assistant (term position end date 9-7-07)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 14.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"720 Administrative-Facilities Services" by adding the following:

1 Manager, Facilities Services
Position Classification Title
2 Building Crafts Worker, Senior or Building Crafts Worker
thereby increasing the total from 3 8 to 41.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 District Attorney-Criminal" by deleting the following:

Investigator I/II
thereby decreasing the total from 82.5 to 81.5.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
27th day of March , 2007, bythe following vote:
