COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"720 Administrative-Facilities Services" by adding therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Janitor (term position end date 06-30-07)
thereby increasing the total from 41 to 42.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE K, NON-
REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS changing the salary range as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-003 ADMINISTRATIVE-GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION" by
deleting the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Deputy Director, General Services
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Assistant Director, General Services
leaving the total unchanged at 6.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE K, NON-
REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-003 ADMINISTRATIVE -GENERAL SERVICES" by changing the heading as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 12 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"060-002 ADMINISTRATIVE-PURCHASING" by changing the heading as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 56 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"605 ADMINISTRATIVE-VETERANS' SERVICE OFFICE" by changing the heading
as follows:
