RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"550-001 Child Support Services" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Legal Secretary (Effective date 5-21-07)
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Child Support Specialist (Effective date 5-21-07)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 117..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 08 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-001 Administrative" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Administrative Assistant
1 Administrative Assistant, Office Specialist, Senior, Office
Specialist, Office Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
2 Administrative Assistant, Senior, Administrative Assistant
leaving the total unchanged at 14.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 09 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-002 Administrative -Clerk of the Board" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Board Administrative Support Specialist,
Administrative Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
1 Administrative Assistant, Senior, Administrative Assistant
leaving the total unchanged at 2.
