NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Account Clerk, Senior
and adding thereto the following:

1 Account Clerk, Account Clerk Senior, Accounting Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER-SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

Technician, Associate
and adding thereto the following:

leaving the total unchanged at 54.

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 24 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER-OPERATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

1 Deputy Sheriff (sunset position end date 4-30-2009)
thereby increasing the total from 89 to 90.
