Resolution No. 07-096
RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF MARK D. DASCH
UPON RETIREMENT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, Mark Dasch, Road Maintenance Worker, Senior for the Department of Public
Works, announced his retirement as of June 12, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Mark Dasch began his career with the County of Butte in 1989, as a Road
Maintenance Worker I, in the Department of Public Works, advancing within the Department to become a
Road Maintenance Worker, Senior, his present position; and
WHEREAS, Mark Dasch worked as a Road Maintenance Worker I, Road Maintenance Worker
II, Road Maintenance Worker III, and Road Maintenance Worker, Senior in the Public Works
Department for many years; and
WHEREAS, Mark Dasch has earned the respect of fellow employees, engineers, surveyors,
contractors, and others involved in Public Works activities in Butte County, and has diligently served the
residents of the County of Butte for eighteen (18) years with distinction and leadership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of
the residents of the County of Butte, wish to express to Mark Dasch sincere appreciation for his many
years of unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of the County of Butte, and
further wish him well on his retirement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 22nd day of May 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors
NOES: None
ABSENT:None
NOT VOTING: None
