PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte in
accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Chief Administrative Officer on May 22,
2007, and it's ratification by the Board of Supervisors on May 25, 2007 as a result of fire
in and around the lower Honey Run Road and Butte Creek Canyon area.
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now
deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment
and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on this 12th day of June 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Kirk, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
