RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 54 to 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the following:

and thereby adding to the following;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY-CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:
