CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 200612007 - FY 2007/2008
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to enter into an agreement with the State Department
of Mental Health to receive funding provided through the Prop 63 Mental Health Services Act; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received is $5,354,512, as follows: $3,113,366 for FY
2006/2007, and $2,241,146 for FY 2007/2008; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be August 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to continue their Prop 63 mental health programs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of
June 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connell, Kirk, Josiassen, Yai~iaguchi, and Chair Dolan
NOES: gone
ABSENT: gone .
