RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 68 ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE J,
CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" by changing the salary as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 19 ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:
