RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3 93 8 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
