RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FORNON-REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS, REFERENCE K"
by adding thereto the following:

Note: This change will be effective from May 8, 2007 through June 30, 2007.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
