RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
