RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 4 ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"020-001 ADMINISTRATIVE" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the following:

therefrom the following:

CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" by changing the salary as
follows:

therefrom the following:
