Resolution No. 07-141
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3938 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 12 ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 58 of Ordinance No. 3938of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE D,
APPOINTED OFFICIALS WITH BI-WEEKLY RANGE ASSIGNMENTS" by deleting
therefrom the following:
