RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 Oh 1'HE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 58j ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS" by changing the
following:
Classification Current Salary New Salary
LAFCo Executive Director $95,550 $102,402
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 9 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte entitled
"07U TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by adding thereto the following:

1 1028/1026/1025 Administrative Analyst, Associate
or Administrative Analyst or
Administrative Analyst, Senior
thereby increasing the total from 24 to 25.
