RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57f ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT" by changing the
following:
Classification Current Range New Range
Superintendent, Juvenile Hall 63 64
Note: This change is effective July 1, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 36 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-013 PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH" by deleting therefrom
the following:

Butte hereby amends Section 37 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 39 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"540-013 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -DRUG TREATMENT" by deleting therefrom the
following:

Behavioral Health Counselor, Senior,

thereby decreasing the total from 8 to 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 28 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 47 to 48.
