++r+^^^^+++f RESOLUTION TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF
PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE SECTION 22050(c)
CONTINUING THE ACTION TAKEN BY RESOLUTION N0.07-153
WHEREAS, on September 25, 2007 the Board of Supervisors made the
appropriate findings to implement sections 20134, 22035, and 22050 of the Public
Contract Code (PCC); and
WHEREAS, Section 22050(c) of the PCC requires that the governing body
review such action at each succeeding regularly scheduled Board Meeting and renew the
findings by afour-fifths (4/5) vote until the need for continued action has passed;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte does hereby
resolve, declare and find the following:
1. The foregoing recitals are adopted as a part of this resolution.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of section 22050(c) of the Public Contract Code, the
Board of Supervisors has reviewed their previous action and determines the need
to continue the action taken on September 25, 2007.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23rd day of
October, 2007 by the following vote:
AYES: Conrell_ , Kirk, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Dolan
