NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 38 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

Specialist, Associate or Behavioral
Health Education Specialist or
Behavioral Health Education
Specialist, Senior
thereby increasing the total from 24.5 to 25.5.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6th day of November , 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Kirk, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Connelly

RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
