RESOLUTION APPROVINR VOLUNTARY F RE ASSESTANCE PROGRAM
PROTECTION AWARD UNDE
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte is authorized to
approve this award for services under the Volunteer Fire Assistance Program of
the Cooperative Fire Assistance Act of 1978;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Butte County Fire
Department, that said Board does hereby approve the contract with the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Agreement # 7FG70001) dated as of
the last signatory date on pagee °2007/2008 utp t handnro moretthan then for an
