RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF fI'I IE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS TI-IE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 58 of Ordinance No. 3938 of the County of Butte ntitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the following:
