PROCLAMATION 01= TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte in
accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Director of Emergency Services on
January 4, 2008, and it's ratification by the Board of Supervisors on January 8, 2008, as
a result of heavy rains, high winds and widespread power outages.
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now
deemed to be within the cantro! of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment
and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on this ~~;,[~day of i=ebruary 2008, by the following vote:
AYES:Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Yamaguchi, K3.zk, and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
