PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE SECTIOIlr 22aSD{c)
CONTII~'UING THE ACTION TAKEN BY RESOLUTION NO. dlg-0Q9
WHEREAS, on ranuary 29, 2008 the Board of Supervisors made the appropriate
findings to implement sections 2014, 22035, and 22050 of the Public Contract Code
(PCC); and
V-~IEREAS, Section 2?050{c) of the PCC requires that the governing body
review such action at each succeeding regularly scheduled Board Meeting and renew the
f ndings by a four-f fths {415) vote until the need for continued action has passed;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the Count~~ of Butte does hereby
resolve, declare and find the folla~nring:
1. The foregoing recitals are adopted as a part of this resolution.
2. 1?ursuant to the provisions of section 22050{c) of the Public Contract Code, the
Board of Supervisors has reviewed their previous action and determines the need
to continue the action taken on Tanuary 29, 2008.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26~' day of
February, 2008 by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Yamaguchi, Kirk., and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING:
None
