RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thatthe Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 57 of Ordinance No. 3968 of the County o1~ Butte ntitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS, REFERENCE K"
by deleting therefrom the following:

Note: This change to be effective January 1, 2008.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 18 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS" by adding thereto the following

thereby increasing the total from 91 to 92.
