RF.SOI.UTION HONORING BUTTE COUNTY EIVIPLOYEE S
FOR DEDICATED YEARS OF SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Cou~lty of Butte recognizes the value of maintaining a corps of long-
term employees who are dedicated to serving the needs of the C'ounty's diverse population; and
WHEREAS, dedicated long-term employees are an investment in maintaining a level of
knowledge and organisational history which is valuable to the current and future Boards oC
Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors is committed to providing greater recognition to
employees who have dedicated themselves to making Butte County a better community to live
m.
NOW, 7`HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board, on its own behalf and on
behalf of the residents of Butte County, expresses its sincere appreciation to Jerry Smith for his
30 years of unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of Butte
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of B~rtte, State of
