RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGRF.F.N[ENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL, AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors,
that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to sign the
cooperative agreement {2GA00242) to provide fire hazard inspections within the County,
entered into between the County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and
,Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of supervisors thisz~,~lay
of April by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Kirk, Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen
