RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte hereby amends Section 9 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
"070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of
