RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 04/05-08/09
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to amend its Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)
agreement through the State Department of Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the term of the amended agreement shall be July 1, 2004 through June 30,
2009; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue received in the amount of $5,577,345 will not be changed
by this agreement amendment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to amend its MHSA agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20"' day of May
2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Kirk, Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None
