RESOLUT[ON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3968 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUT"1 E, KNOWN AS Z,HE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOVb', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of
Butte hereby amends Section 58 ordinance No. 3968 of the County of Butte entitled
``SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefi°om the following:
