NOW, THEREFORI~:, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors oI-the
County of Butte. that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorised and directed to approve the cooperative agreement (2CA0O> 1 ~) to provide fire
protection service for local a~~encics, entered into betvv~e7~ the County of Butte and the
California Department of-Forestry and Hire Protection_ covering the period .fuly 1, ?007
through ,tune 30, ?008.
