STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, the California State Department of Mental Health has issued the County
Performance Contract for FY 2007!2008 through FY 2009!2010 for Butte Gounty Department
of Behavioral Health; and
WHEREAS, Butte Countyr is required to establish a community mental health service
to cover the entire area of the County; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires Board of
Supervisors' authorization to accept the terms of the above-referenced Performance
Contract; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Contract shall be July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes Butte County Department of Behavioral Health to accept the terms of the County
Performance Contract for FY 2007!2008 through FY 200912010 with the State Department of
Mental Health.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 24th day of
June 2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Kirk, Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
